Telewiz in Tesco Lotus On Nut. The staff here already have a reputation for poor service and idleness. On Sunday, theY are supposed to open at 10 am until evening. However on Sunday 4th october, I needed a nano sim so, putting together the documentation and having checked the opening time, I made it through the rain to the store. Nobody behind the desk to process my request, just the two sales girls who were unhelpful and unfriendly and found it very amusing that their colleagues had taken a hour off to eat. Everyone is entitled to a break but, in that case, the time should be consistent and displayed so that CUSTOMERS DON'T WASTE THEIR TIME GOING THERE WHEN IT'S 'CLOSED'!!
