Absolutely disgusted! I paid for a suit on the 6th of June and 3 months later nothing received! Emails & phonecalls ignored! BEWARE!

First of all, do NOT go there! And if you unfortunately end up there, definitely do not accept a down payment for your clothing that will exceed maybe 20% of your total order value, so that you can retain some negotiation power - you will most probably need it.
They do not deliver in time even if they had, as in my case, a whole week time. The material quality is generally all right, however the manufacturing is rather horrible: The shirts' collars and pockets were totally different from what I had ordered, the jacket's front was not symmetric and they apparently do not care about the previously taken measures as both suit and shirts were way too tight in the end. After they received the down payment, their friendliness suddenly turned into rudeness. Staff did not seem to be proficient in material issues either. I highly recommend you to avoid this dump and choose another tailor in Silom/Sathurn area as there are plenty of.

We having making tailored shirts many times in Bangkok with different tailors and decided to try narai fashion as we were around the Narai Hotel area in Sukumvhit.
They promised to deliver on Saturday to our hotel as we were flying off on Sunday afternoon. However, we waited till late at night but she DID NOT deliver the clothing. We called her up and she insisted that we were supposed to go back and she REFUSED to deliver the clothes to us on Sunday!
In the end, we had to rush there early in the morning and we realized that the quality was UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE! Measurements were completely off by at least 3 inches! We told her nicely that we will not be bringing the clothes with us as it is totally unacceptable and asked if she she refund half the amount but she RUDELY rejected and kept exclaiming its not her fault! As we had to rush to the airport, we had no choice but to leave without getting any refunds.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT NARAI FASHION!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Staying near Narai Fashions and I thought I would try them for some alterations. After some discussion I decided not to proceed. However while there I remembered my partner wanted some shirts made and asked how much a tailored shirt would be only to be sneeringly told by the owner "you can't afford it". Thinking I must've misheard I repeated my question only to have the same dismissive response repeated!

I walked out in shock appalled at such blatant rudeness. When I thought it over what really made me angry is that the subcontinental/South Asian owner obviously judged me on my youthful appearance and also thought he could speak that way to me because he wrongly assumed I was also subcontinental/South Asian. I'm sure if my partner (a white Australian) had walked in they would have been fawning all over him.

Don't go to Narai Fashions. They are racist, blatantly rude and judgemental. There are much nicer people you can give your business to.
