always take a picture of the bike before u rent Wannalee bikes. Wannalee who is the lady who owns the shop might rip you off. Along with her workers. i love the country and the people there, but regret renting a bike at Wannalee.

I am dissappointed at their service. Wannalee if you are reading this, I will call you on Monday to ask for the receipt for the damage which you falsely accused us of doing. The receipt from the Honda shop you confidently mentioned. And quoted us 1200baht and then did a guilt discount of charging us 1000baht instead. We paid coz she was holding our passport.

I returned the bike on 19 august saturday at around 7.30pm.

the bike no. is 540 yellow bike. I will call you until i get a legit receipt.

there are many more bike rentals and other friendly people from Krabi. I love the country and the peolple there. Just not Wannalee. Honesty goes a long way.

I was in love with my babyblue skoopy. But after less than ten kilometers the tire was flat. The guy that repaired it said it was shit quality already. No nails or accident as you can see in the picture. But when giving the bike back they said I have to pay. So never rent here!

Was a bit wary of renting bikes after all the stories of scams. Lady seemed very nice and trustworthy and the bikes were in really good condition and had a team cleaning them when we were there. Rented 2 bikes for 1 day. Cost 200 baht each. Had to leave passport as deposit but this is pretty standard in Thailand, signed a form detailing the agreement and the fact that they had our passport.
We were very thorough at taking photos of the bikes before and talking with the lady about the outcome of scratches etc and she assured as that it was fine and she was aware of the current scrapes on the bikes.
All went well, returned the bikes that evening and Got the passport back without her even checking the bikes.
Overall would recommend, friendly service with no problems.... but obviously take all the precautions like taking photographs before and thoroughly checking the bikes over with them.

We rented 2 bikes (scooters) for 1 day (from 10 am to 10 am) at Wannalee Travel & Tour. We tried to give the bikes back the first day at 7 pm but the guy who rented us the bikes was not available. To rent the bikes I had to give them my passport (the kind of thing you should never do!). At 10 am the next morning we went to the agency to give the bikes back and the bikes had been opened during the night. We are almost sure they opened it themselves. They are thieves! Be careful they asked us 500 BAT (the price of the rent for the 2 bikes) to "repair" the bikes. And only one of the 2 bikes had no gaz anymore, the other one was full... CAREFUL!!! Thieves!
