Black Tiger Tour - Krabi, Thailand

Avoid like the bubonic plague. Lied to as well. Said the bus will leave in the next ten minutes. They are going to make you sit at their restaurant in town and if you ask any questions they will aggresively tell you they cant do anything. Pathetic.

Everything that's written in all reviews is true. They let you wait in their restaurant and if you dare to ask about your bus they started to intimidate us and even told us to "shut up". The bus was so full, back-packs under our feet and in corridor. Didn't stop the driver from picking up locals....worst experience eever!!

very bad experience to this company and his suck minivan service.I arrived krabi bef 3:15pm and his staff told me just hv ticket for 4:30pm and let me outside to wait bef 4:00pm，so I just wait for the minivan till 5:35pm。。。hot and many mesquite...so crazy travel...I hate this company and never use it service again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a rip off. Avoid traveling with them!
We were promised to get driven to lanta in the next ten minutes which was a lie. We waited two hours.

Never travel with this company! All the staff are crazy disrespectful and rude! It took us from 1 pm till 8 pm to get from Krabi airport to our hotel in Ko Lanta! The service was too bad, the taxi driver didn't even bring us to our hotel he just dropped us of at a random 7/11 at 12km distance of our hotel. Please don't start your holiday badly and don't use this agency, it was a terrible experience!

They forgot to pick us up in our hotel. More than 1,5 hour later they pick us up en bring us to the bus station which was 5 minutes walking from our hotel. We have to wait there for 2 hours until the next minivan was going to khao sok. So we had a bad experience with this company.

The girl at the airport told us that we will take a bus to krabi and then going straight away to kho lanta. At the end, we waited 1 h at Krabi in there restaurant of course (because they expect us to eat and drink there) and then we can leave with 1 hour late. When i complain about it to the manager, the thai smille is gone and the agressive answer with thai speaking arrived. Well this is, a really bad experience.

5 hours from Krabi to Lanta.Driver arrested while 6 of us tourists on the bus.Stay alive and use another company.

Worst diver ever, screamed and didnt want to drop me at my hotel.
