Baan Opel - Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand

Despite being promised clean and comfortable accommodation, this place is anything but. We had to insist that the room be cleaned before we would stay even though the owner said it was. Bathroom and toilet were filthy and everywhere covered in dust. Owner was rude and unhelpful but arranged a cleaner to come in after we said we would leave. We didn't feel welcome at all. Would not stay here again.
