Ao Nang Yoga Krabi Thailand offer a systematic approach to yoga that is flexible and suits your individual needs. The practice integrates the use of postures (Asana), breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (Shavasana), meditation (Dhana).
Yoga classes are Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for senior, Prenatal Yoga.
Our yoga studio provide high qualified yoga teachers/instructors, free yoga mats and towels, specious shower, lockers, and dressing room facilities.
Daily classes at studio at 9.00am - 10.00am and 6.00pm - 7.00pm .
Private classes, yoga classes on the beach, and yoga delivery to your place available, please contact us for more information!
