Job Title: HRD Supervisor

Location: Amata City, Chonburi F.3

Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 THB/Month

Function and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training and monitoring plans to ensure the effective implementation of training programs.
• Design and deliver training courses tailored to the needs of employees and the organization.
• Monitor and assess competency training to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and oversee outsourced training initiatives.
• Facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) and implement skill matrix training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Evaluate employee competency levels and devise strategies for competency development.
• Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of training initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Governor's office to align training activities with government regulations and policies.

   

  Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in training, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
