Position Title: HR Consultant (Japanese Speaking - JLPT N2 Level)
Location: Bangkok (BTS Sukhumvit Line)
Working condition: Monday – Friday, 9.00-18.00
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Consultant with proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level) to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR consulting services to our Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring that their HR practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices. This role requires strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, along with a deep understanding of HR principles and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Work closely with Japanese and Multinational clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
- HR Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and promote organizational growth.
- Talent Management: Provide expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention to help clients build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clients’ HR capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Japanese and Thai stakeholders, bridging cultural gaps and promoting understanding.
- Project Management: Lead and manage HR consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on project findings and recommendations. Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level or higher is required. Strong command of English is also essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, HR, or a related field, preferably in a consulting capacity. Experience working with Japanese companies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
