Job offer: Senior Product Development & Project Executive

Our client is global company in Consumer Packaging industry. They are looking for potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position:           Senior Product Development & Project Executive

Location:          Amata city, Chonburi. 
Salary:             50,000 - 55,000 THB

Job description:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring that project’s goals in terms of time, quality and costs reached until ready for commercial.

• Responsible for New product development (NPD), Localization and Custom development starting from product concept, feasibility study, design development, pilot and commercial until ready for commercial according to stage gate procedures.

• Project management: develop new mold, machine, and peripheral equipment. Ensuring the development of project to successfully launch with condition of meeting both internal target process capability and customers’ requirements. 

• Support sales and marketing during commercial/customer discussions and bringing the developed products to market for assigned project.

• Work with commercial team for Customer Engagement Program and maintains good relationship with customers. 

• Work with sale and marketing team (Global and Regional) for assigned project. 

• Development and improvement of existing products and services, to better meet customer needs.

• Coordinate with internal technical team such as Technical Domain Expert, Technology Process Community, other global technical teams to meet process standard, and customer expectation. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a technical background, plastic engineering or packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, packaging development and product development. 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development, packaging development and project management. 

• Familiarity with product development, project execution, new product launch/relaunch, localization of new product, and methodologies of project management. 

• Understand either Injection Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding, Injection-Stretch Blow Molding.

• Good leadership and time management skills with appropriate sense of urgency.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

• Ability to understand of cost drivers, margin and landing factors.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude.

• Proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required (work with different time zone). 

• Flexible for travelling according to the projects and requirement.
