POSITION: COMMISSIONING & SERVICE ENGINEER - Solar, Energy Storage System

INDUSTRY: INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT

SALARY: 50,000 – 70,000 THB

WORKING HOUR: MON – FRI, 2 DAYS WFH

Job Description:

• Lead the start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of BESS into the grid.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and efficiently implement solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on BESS operation and maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, ESS factories, and external parties in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy, or related fields.
• Proven experience in commissioning and servicing large-scale BESS projects, preferably in a grid-scale environment.
• Proficiency in working with PCS and EMS systems.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
• English proficiency: working level.
