Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Planning Specialist with proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Support the sales team with planning and administrative tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Japanese and English.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, sales planning, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
