Job offer: Senior Product Manager

Position: Senior Product Manager (IT)  
Salary: up to 180,000 THB   
Location: Bangkok – Central   

JAC Recruitment is helping an international software solutions company find potential Senior Product Manager (IT) to help develop SaaS to various clients in banking / e-commerce / Insurtech / automobiles. 

Responsibilities:   

• Collaborate with internal departments including Tech, Sales & Marketing and Support teams, becoming a point of Contact for the internal stakeholders regarding the product 

• Deliver feature launch as required – including overseeing tickets, debug, and data migration for new client onboarding. 

• Provide technical knowledge for Sakes & Marketing team to help acquire or retain key clients. 

• Work on process optimization/ improvement – working on the configuration, enhancement of internal tools. 

Experiences:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.  

• Direct experience in Software Development or SaaS is advantageous. 

• Strong communication in international and cross-functional teams. 

• PMP / Lead Six Sigma / PRINCE2 are highly advantageous. 

• Skilled with process management tools such as Jira, Intercom, Notion. 

• Must be proficient in English
