The Company is Japanese business, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR&GA (Junior Staff)  (Workplace around BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom, Bangkok)

Position :         HR&GA (Junior Staff)

Location:          BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom, Bangkok

Business:          Manufacturing & Trading

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM  

Job Description

• Act as operation HR and Admin tasks, HRM, HRD, GA, Interpreter and Translator.
• Provide time attendant, record working time, absence, leave of employee, update employee information, update Employee registration.
• Planning annual training plan and finding training course, arrange orientation for new staff.
• Check stock and order stationery and office suppliers.
• Reception, pick up call and pass to related staff.
• Manage car, dicers, travelling arrangement, petty cash.
• Reserve a restaurant, reserve hotels, and golf court in Thailand.
• Manage company event, party, company trips. 
• Interpreter task according to assigned, meeting, speech at company event.
• Translate task according to assigned.

Qualification

• This position total salary range around 20,000 – 24,000 THB 
• Welcoming fresh graduation.
• Having experience as HR internship will be advantage. 
• Experience as HR around 1 year will be advantage.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
• Passion and willing to work in HR.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Full spectrum in English work.
• Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage. 
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom, Bangkok
