Job offer: Production Manager (Medical Devices)

Position:              Production Control Manager (Medical device)
Salary:                 90,000-140,000 Baht (package)
Location:              Bowin, Chonburi
Working Day:        Monday - Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and customer demands.

• Monitor and optimize production workflows, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Driving continuous improvement (CI) for cost saving and work efficiencies thorough process optimization, automation and other ways.

• Compliance to companies’ standards and procedures, including FDA, ISO 13485 etc.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.

• Strong managerial skill, operation and presentation.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance of medical devices.

• Having background from Medical device or Electronics industry would be advantage.

• Good command of English communication.
