Job offer: ​Food R&D Officer – Contract Based Employment

Our client is the global market leader in the full-line range of chemical & ingredient products and value-added services and distribution. Their operational reach is international in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), North America, Latin, America, and Asia Pacific.

Our client is seeking multiple R&D officer to join their Application Team to support their Thailand business. R&D Officers will be involved ongoing learning about equipment operation and prototype development, gaining expertise in ingredient applications, and analyzing product performance through testing in bakery, beverage, savoury, dairy, and UHT categories. Responsibilities include managing assigned projects, assisting the sales team with new product development, testing ingredients and prototypes, conducting trial runs, and addressing issues at the factory.

Additionally, the roles require customer visits, coordinating technical aspects with sales staff, and supporting general lab activities beyond product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related fields

• Experiences in R&D in food/flavour ingredients in the food industry.

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented

• A good level of English is an advantage.

What Our Client Offers:

• Basic Salary: THB 25,000 – 30,000 / Month

• Working 5 days per week (8:00 – 17:00)
