The Company is Japanese business, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR (Compensation & Benefits) (ER / Employee Engagement) (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)

Position :          HR (Compensation & Benefits) (ER / Employee Engagement)

Location:          Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok

Business:          Automotive manufacturing

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM  

Job Description (HR Compensation & Benefits 1 position)

• Handling and implement compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular market surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Manage employee benefits programs
• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.

Job Description (ER / Employee Engagement 1 position)

• Act as Chage agent, leading new vision, new culture. 
• Responsible for HR, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement by Strategic planning.
• Conduct employee engagement survey and monitor action plans.
• Develop innovative communication methods, collaboration challenges and support all.
• Project management, develop projects.
• Drive Employee Engagement in company.
• Culture management and monitor corporate culture climate so that it supports the organization’s business goals and mission.
• Design activities and events proposal to top management level.
• Conduct Engagement survey and analyzing employee feedback.
• Developing new working style to support workforce retention.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai
• The candidate is required over 3 years in HRM, ER, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits. 
• Experience to work in manufacturing will be advantage.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Full spectrum in English work.
• Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage. 
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
• Company provides Bus transportation with variety of routes.
