Job offer: Production Machining Manager

Responsible :                     

• Managing, Controlling, Organizing and Directing of Production Machining Section by QCDSMEE.

• Coaching and Training Team to better process.

• Lead and Implementation of Operational Projects in the Workplace.

• Continuous Improvement and Efficiencies across the company's products, systems, operation and processes (Aluminum Die Casting)

Qualifications:

• Male, Age 35-45 Years old. 

• At least 5 years Machining role in automotive industry (Management Experience at least 3 year as assistant Manager or above)

• Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Good knowledge in IATF16949 .

• Good tracking record.

• Good English or Japanese communication.
