Hiring: Customer Service (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Bangkok

Working hours: Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels regarding orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collect and keep records of customer for future reference.

Requirement:

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality will be highly advantageous.
  • Fluent capability in Japanese and proficient in English (JLPT N2 plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business through personal contacts and referrals.
