Job offer: Senior Manager of Agronomy – Agribusiness

Our client is the world’s leading phosphorus supplier, and driving innovation to enhance food security through a complete value chain that includes mining, processing, and manufacturing of fertilizers.

A newly created role, Senior Manager of Agronomy for Thailandwill be responsible for developing market reports to identify new opportunities, conducting scientific trials for new fertilizer formulations, and overseeing research with local partners in Thailand on key crops such as rice, cassava, maize, and sugarcane.

The role is home-based in Thailand, providing the opportunity to work closely with local customers, partners, and other stakeholders to scale the business.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Agriculture or other related fields.

• Experience in working for an agribusiness company and fertilizer industry in the field of the agronomist or technical support.

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented

• A good level of English Language is a must and be able to travel upcountry

What Our Client Offers:

• Basic Salary: Up to 90,000 – 110,000 THB/Month (Depending on candidate experience)

• Allowance 10,000 THB/Month

• Medical/Health Insurance

• Business Expenses

• Working 5 days per week
