Position: Production Manager (Electronics)
Location: Samutprakarn
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

-    Oversee production operation activities to ensure the production will run effectively and smoothly to achieve company targets in term of resources, production volume, cost & budget, quality and production schedules.
-    Initiate and ensure strategies for maximum efficiency and productivity of production facilities.
-    Liaise with internal stakeholders for internal process such as HR, planning, quality and engineering departments for a smooth operation.
-    Maintain and monitor production activities including with observing control points, monitoring personnel & resources, resolving scheduling conflicts, developing reporting procedures and systems also provide the effective solutions if needed.
-    Supervise and motivate employee to achieve the production plan in terms of Revenue, OTD, quality & company KPI and coordinate with HR for manpower management.
-    Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing programs for continuous improvement to achieve quality, speed and cost improvement projects.
-    Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

-    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management or related fields.
-    Experience over 10 years in production management from Electronics Manufacturing with background working with multinational company culture.
-    Experience in new plant set up for production process and assembly line. 
-    Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, active, dynamic and report progress person. 
-    Strong leadership mindset and people management skill with ability to manage large scale of subordinates. 
-    Good analytical thinking, solution-provider and concise with ability to deliver project on time.
-    Proficiency with database system and computer skill such as MS Office.
-    English communication skill is must. Chinese communication is a plus.
