Job Summary:
is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing/Cost Control supervisor member. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, as well as assisting in cost control measures to ensure the financial efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
  Sales and Marketing:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
• Generated sales report and support for sales Documentation.

Cost Control:

• Analyze and report on cost variances and financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts .
• Implement cost control measures to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to manage costs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or above in  Engineering or related fields.
• 4 years experiences in  Marketing/Cost controller/ Cost Calculator role from manufacturers businesses. 
• Strong communication and well – organized with high leadership, analytical skills.
• High leadership, fluent, smart thinker, logical thinker.
• Good command in 4 skills in English
• Professionally managerial skills (Muti-tasks organize).
