POSITION:        GENERAL MANAGER – Plant Operation

SALARY:             200,000 – 300,000 THB

Job Summary:

The General Manager - Plant Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plastic automotive manufacturing plant. This role involves managing production, ensuring quality standards, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
• Financial Performance: Develop and manage the plant’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the plant’s operational goals and objectives.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations management, preferably in the plastic automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and environments, coupled with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
