Job offer: Business Development Manager (pharmaceutical products)

Our client is a pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and sustain a pipeline that supports the company’s strategic growth objectives.
• Coordinate with teams to draft proposals, negotiate terms and close new deals or renew existing contracts.
• Align key business terms with stakeholders and obtain approvals to move initiatives forward.
• Facilitate negotiations and finalization of term sheets and contracts with partners.
• Provide financial projections and insights to senior leaders for informed decision-making.
• Lead business transitions, manage implementation processes and foster collaboration with partners.
• Deliver clear and professional business cases, proposals and term sheets to potential partners.
• Monitor contracts, handle renegotiations, renew agreements and resolve discussions efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and analytics.

• Expertise in project management and strategic planning.

• Strong skills in relationship building, presentations and communication.
• Solid financial knowledge including creating profitable proposals and understanding cost structures, P&L and metrics.

• Fluent in English; regional experience is a plus.
