We are working on behalf of our client, a global supplier of food ingredients and materials, who are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Hong Kong sales office, responsible for building and maintaining valuable relationships with key food manufacturing customers in Korean and South East Asian markets.
This office based role requires somebody who is organized, detailed and responsive and thrives under a flexible work environment, where work patterns and hours may vary depending on correspondence with different time zones. Although office based, there may be an opportunity in the future to work on a hybrid basis, and on the job training will be provided.
It is paramount in this role to be customer focused, have an understanding, empathetic and calm approach, along with excellent stakeholder management skills to resolve queries and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Korean is essential for this role.
Previous experience within a sales/customer service role is essential to be able to respond to customer queries confidently, promptly and enthusiastically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present key issues and recommended actions.
Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions.
Exemplary interpersonal and refined relationship building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and company phone systems is essential.
What Our Client Offers:
Salary: HKD 250-300k per year (no bonus or 13th month)

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
