Job offer: QA Manager

Our client is a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality automotive parts, locates at Pinthong, Sriracha, Chonburi. They are now seeking: 

Position:                                  QA Manager 

Salary:                                       60,000 – 70,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                 Bonus, Position Allowances, Transportation Allowances and others                     

Location:                                Pinthong, Chonburi

Working Day:                          Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control standards and processes for the automotive manufacturing process.
• Oversee inspections of materials, parts, and vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and parts received.
• Analyze quality performance data and report on trends and issues.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes.
• Lead problem-solving efforts related to quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Train employees on quality control processes and standards.
• Participate in product development processes to ensure quality standards are met from the beginning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the automotive industry - metal processing manufacturing (Lathe and Machining Center).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
