Review of RG Factory Outlet

I'm a regular customer of RG Factory Outlet at Fashion Island. I bought many items from this shop during the past years. Recently I felt that this shop is treat customer unfairly. Yesterday I bought a pant but after came home to retry it again I found that this style (low hip) is not suite me. I had also tried the high hip and I think this style suited me better. Today I went back to the shop wanted to exchange to high hip one which the price is exactly the same but I was so disappointed that the sale girl denied this exchange. She said it is the policy of the manager not to change the item. I think the big shop like RG should not have this policy I’m willing to pay more if another style is higher price or if it lowers me willing to buy more things in the shop. I bought many clothing in others brand like Guess, Gap, these shops even the goods are on sale you can always come to change it within 7 days. I think your company takes advantage from customer and treated customer unfair. I thinking of report to Office of the Customer Protection Board whether the big shop as your seems to take advantage or cheat customer.
