I've never ever seen such a rubbish and unprofessional staff in my life like the ones I've dealt with today at your branch at Big C opposite Central World Bangkok. I can't believe there is any decent company will hire such staff with low quality of mentality and attitude towards customers.
I've purchased an item for my wife which was small then went back in less than an hour to exchange the size. Lady behind the counter started talking loud saying she doesn't have larger size and was upset as I've asked her to get me the size from another branch which is my right. She managed to call their branch at central world and luckily she found one and asked me to come back to collect in 10 minutes. I went back in 15 min and there were another girl who looked like a street girl with the most unpleasant personality with upset face. In fact she looked like one of those bar girls. She gave me the item without even looking at me and as if she's angry. She got even worse when I asked her to give back my receipt. She refused and started shouting claiming she will keep back my receipt. I got upset and I asked her to give me her head office's or manager's telephone number but she refused and started talking in her Thai language. I then threaten her with the police before she started calling one of her what so-called manager. Then finally she gave me the receipt and told me to go away.
I can't believe there such a service in thailand or such a company is hiring that kind of staff.
If i don't receive an official apology from the owner directly, i will make sure this complain is reaching higher authorities including consumer protection department to find out what illegal business that company is doing that they are afraid of giving customers the purchasing receipt.
