Udomrat Coach Tour Co.,Ltd. - Thailand

I was travelling from Koh Tao to Phi Phi my journey from Surat Thani was booked with Udomrat. They picked us up from Surat Thani pier then took us to an office where we waited from 5am-6.30am. The bus arrived at Krabi where the driver told us to get out and gave us no indication where abouts in Krabi we were. We all shuffled into another office where we were informed that we would have to pay 100 baht each to get on the ferry as we had apparently missed the ferry we had already paid for due to 'bad' weather. The other option was to wait 3 hours on the next ferry. Not happy. Do not book.
