I used to be a big fan of Infinite gallery. I bought several pairs of glasses there and send them my in-laws...
Then I had a problem with one of my pair and ask them to check if they could have made a mistake when they put the glasses or forgot a layer of coating when they treated them...
They did nothing to check in my file, even refusing to have a look at the glasses...
Stupid... I used to be a big fan of Infinite Gallery...
