Lampoo Travel & Tour - Bangkok, Thailand

My experience with Lampoo Travel & Tour in Bangkok was terrible. A week ago I was in Bangkok with my boyfriend and we wanted to spend a couple of days on a beach near by Bangkok. We asked Ms Tina from Lampoo Travel & Tour suggestion and idea about where to go. As we did not have lot of time we wanted to go in a nice place not so far away from Bangkok. Ms Tina suggested us to go to "Pattaya" saying that it was a beautiful place, beautiful beaches and sea. I said that I was told that "Pattaya" was full of prostitutes and that it was not a nice place where to go but she replied to us that "this situation of prostitutes was in the past! now Pattaya is very different, very beautiful, you should go and see with your eyes! you will enjoy!" The result was that we went to Pattaya and the city was DISGUSTING: it was FULL OF Thai PROSTITUTES and very old western men everywhere in the city. "Pussy show" everywhere and all over the city there were bars where to find prostitutes and old men. The city is super ugly, the beach was narrow and the water dirty. It was a complete disaster. Ms Tina betrayed us, she lied on us. The role of the travel agency should be the one of guide the tourists according to their needs and not just sell anything possible to make business. We could have chosen an other place where to go, maybe a bit more far away... Pattaya is the worse place I have been in my life and I was there just because of the lies of Ms Tina.

I used Lampoo for Ayuthaya and floating village tour and was happy with the service. Though vehicles provided were small the cheerful guides made it up for the uncomfort caused.
So with 2satisfactory experiences i dared to book ticket for Siem Reap(despite all cheating warning online). Lampoo travels gave me ticket for 300baht and i was ready at 6:30 in the morning and then comes POO, travel agent girl and says sorry i cannot take you and tried to scare me by saying Indians do not get visa of Cambodia on arrival and blah blah blah. She left me no option but to pay 300baht extra. At visa border her person again tried to extract money for visa but i stayed firm and got visa on my own. Crossed border and while waiting for bus to siem reap again same person tried to pursue me to pay and take car as bus takes 5hours and blah blah blah. i took bus and it took only 2:30 Hrs. At Siem Reap again agents of this company forced us to get into "their" Tuk-Tuks and asked us to pay. Horrible service through out Bangkok-Siemreap route. Lampoo is the parent company so they might as well explain.
