Legal Department ManagerOur client is Big firm Japanese Manufacturing company.Position:   Legal Department Manager
Salary:       60,000 – 80,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 
Location:   BTS/MRT Line   Job description
•    Draft and review agreement both in Thai and English and submit to OCAP if required
•    Managing the legal function and handing the legal affairs of a corporation.
•    Apply & Renew for business licenses and certificate of the company which required by Thai Laws. 
•    Draft and arrange BOD meeting and Shareholders Meeting upon request by law and company regulations.
•    Taking over APAC/Global wide legal tasks in project, working groups and as an excellence center
•    Manage and coordinator with sub conductors.
Qualification:
•    Bachelor or master’s degree of Law.
•    8 years of experience in Legal and Law Corporate and Commercial Law.
•    Have a lawyer licensed
