Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Managing Director (MD) to lead our Machine Manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment, spare parts, installation, and after-sales service. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the company.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals.
• Manage and optimize the supply chain for equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure high standards of installation and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the management team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive role within the machine manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in equipment, spare parts, installation, and after-sales service.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
