Job Presentation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for logistics activities, material handling, BOI process, import & export.
Take care all activities about privilege of company such as Free Zone, FTA, BOI privilege.
Tax optimization handling (Free Zone, Duty exemption section 12, and tax refund).
Free Zone stock reporting and satisfy customs authorities obligations.
Contact with concerned government such as customs, BOI, DFT, TISI, and ISIT.
To deal with BOI office for BOI matters; new project applies, revision and extension BOI card and cancellation project.
To perform imports and exports documents.
To be advisor for privilege and customs process to internal and external team.
Check and update new regulations of customs and DFT.
To assist in logistics activities and support organization team.
Other tasks assigned by manager
BOI Activity; Extend BOI card, Release BOI approval, Cut Stock of RM, Consultant for BOI privilege
Customs Activity; Submit new approval for Duty Exemption #6, Submit summary report of approval #61, Update new regulation & new announcement from customs, Consultant for Duty Exemption privilege, Consultant for FTA privilege
Check outgoing documents for Duty Exemption #61, Check Duty & VAT for local sales, Check entry of local shipments, manage warehouse and inventory, Manage local delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
At least 5 years of experience for import-export, BOI, FTA, and Free Zone.
Good knowledge about BOI process, customs process, customs regulation, and Anti-dumping issues.
Know well about the requirements of Thai import and export documents, with the practical operation experience of document preparation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, service minded and positive attitude.
Native Thai speaking, good in English or Chinese.
