Position: Production Manager (Thailand)
Location: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs all production activities at the plant site.
Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility.
Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
Control and co-ordinate the production activities to achieve company targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing programs for continuous improvement to achieve Quality, Speed and Cost Improvement targets.
Ensure that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when carrying out maintenance
Ensure, through the workforce under his control, that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to standard acceptable to the organization
Troubleshoot operational problems;
Co-operate with other departments to ensure that the throughput meet requirements of both customers and organization.
Drive to continuously improve company operations competences.
Perform other related functions assigned or as they become apparent or as management assigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering management or related.
At least 8 years' production management experiences in multi-national automotive electronics company and familiar with automotive industry methodology.
In automotive, produces for automotive.
Experience in SMT line process, to manage SMT workshop, must know the process and how to manage this kind of workshop.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.
Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software.
Good spoken and written English ( Chinese communication is a plus)
