Job Descriptions:
 

- Managing, strategical planning, and directing all aspects of retail operation (both master and franchise), business & product development, as well as P&L budgeting- Identifying new potential locations to expand business opportunities aligned with company's objective- Delivering revenue and profit; sales & customer service management, build-up strong operations team, etc.- Collaborating across departments internationally to be in line with global strategic direction and compliance  Qualifications:  
  • - Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • - Over 20 years of working experiences (+10 years top management level) in "Food & Beverage Retail", particularly with global/international brands
  • - Proven experience to manage +100 stores with excellent understanding of Thai retail market and consumer behaviors
  • - Strong in "Retail Operation Management" (Know-how of end-to-end process)
  • - Good command of English both written and spoken
  • - Strong analytical-, excellent leadership- and people management, inter-personal- skills
