Job Responsibilities
- Monitor for daily operations, quality control program, Equipment & machine calibration plan, Document control, product sample, Internal audit, Packaging development, Product registration with Thai FDA, Aflatoxin certificate, Social Compliance Audits (Internal & External), etc.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance quality and compliance systems at the Thailand and oversea factory, including BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GHP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, gluten-free, BSCI, and SEDEX.
- Managing customer complaints for shipments.
- Taking care of customer questionnaires for in-house plants and checking those for supplier plants in Thailand and overseas.
- Take the lead in quality and compliance audits conducted by customers and certifying bodies; examples include BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Fairtrade, gluten-free, BSCI, and SEDEX.
- Provide training and competency tests for the team.
- Manage budget.
- As a quality management representative (QMR), you will execute and check factory documents, such as the work instruction (WI), form (FM), support document (SD), quality manual (QM), and quality procedure (QP).
- Participating in customer conferences about quality and compliance matters pertaining to unique projects, current events, etc.
- Keep track of new laws, national regulations, and consumer regulations in Thailand and destination countries.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Higher in Food Science or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in food business.
- Good knowledge of international standard; BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GHP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, BSCI, SEDEX, etc.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Good interpersonal skill with positive mindset.
