Job offer: Event Creative Director

Location: near BTS

Responsibility

• Creating event concepts, themes, and strategies to align with client business goals and objectives. 
• Propose event concepts, trends, and references based on marketing insights. 
• Analyze target audience and objectives for the event.
• Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and event planning 
• Manage project timeline (BTL Activity timeline, Production, Onsite execution) 
• Propose all event items and materials, venue (offline) and social platform options, manage permit issues, develop and create event program flow and operation solutions, and propose event production solutions such as stage, experience Zone, and multimedia production.
• Manage vendor network and recommend vendors to clients. 
• Provide VIP hospitality, including briefing and onsite guidance. 
• Manage production material loading and unloading. 
• Manage manpower training. 
• Provide onsite client guidance. 
• Direct onsite documentation (event sketch, image, video) for client social content. 
• Coordinate content shooting, including scheduling, shooting, and editing.
• Manage official event reporting, including timely, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reviews, issue resolution, and surveying target audience/participants for feedback.
• Oversee partnership management. 
  Propose collaborations with brands, KOLs, influencers, and communities. 
• Coordinate event materials and programs. 
• Manage budget by creating cost estimates and negotiating vendor quotes. 
• Manage project processes such as purchase orders and invoicing.

Requirement

• At least 10 years of experience in media/digital agency.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Experience in leading an event marketing, brand experience, exhibition.
• Skill in presentation, time management, risk management and creativity.
• High responsibility with positive mind-set.
