LOCATION: PATHUMTHANI (HYBRID WORKING CONDITION)
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase market share in the rubber, plastic, and steel product segments. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's rubber, plastic, and steel products.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the rubber, plastic, or steel industry.
- Established connections within the automotive manufacturing market are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.
