The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR & GA Manager  (Workplace around BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok)

Position :          HR & GA Manager  

Location:          BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit

Business:          Food Ingredient Trading 

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM  

Job Description

• Handle overall loops in operation HR, GA, Office Management.
• HR strategic planning and management, HRM, HRD, recruitment, training, organization development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefit, employee relations.
• Manage company policy, compliance, PDPA, 
• Process the payroll for employee by EXCEL, calculate overtime for all employees, Tax, deduction insurance and fund, manage payment Social Security Insurance, Provident fund and PND1.
• Provide related monthly report.
• Coordinate with Group Insurance, Provident fund upon case by case.
• Manage all company welfare.
• Generalize the General Affair work process.
• Handling Visa, Work permit, company asset, manage office utilities, company car, renew contract.
• Handling company event, company trip.
• Coordinate with IT outsource, manage the Information Security Policy for company
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualification

• This position, salary around 45,000 - 65,000 THB 
• Welcoming Thai
• Over 10 years in HR, Office management, GA.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Can start working immediately will be advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Full spectrum in English work. 
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok.
