Job offer: Project Engineer – Food & Beverage Machinery

POSITION:           PROJECT ENGINEER – FOOD & BEVERAGE MACHINERY

LOCATION:          BANGKOK

SALARY:               50,000 – 80,000 THB

Responsibility:

• Demonstrate expertise in pneumatic conveying systems, ensuring appropriate equipment selection for projects.
• Develop mechanical and electrical designs for systems.
• Provide comprehensive drawings, including flowsheets and layouts.
• Conduct accurate cost evaluations and provide quotations to sales.
• Offer technical support to sales and collaborate with colleagues to set department goals.
• Manage suppliers, ensuring quality equipment sourcing at minimal cost.
• Evaluate new suppliers for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans to ensure timely completion.
• Manage client relationships and mitigate project risks effectively.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pneumatic conveying systems, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Familiarity with material handling and mixing for food applications is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to project management and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
