Position:           Accounting Manager or GM

Location:          Amata City –Chonburi (Phase 2)

Industry:            Manufacture of aluminum and zinc precision die cast parts

Salary:             7 0 ,000 – 130,000 Monthly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company, ensuring that the company at all times is profitable, risk protected and financially strong.

• Assisting management to communicate policies, developing strategic plans & KPI sets, oversee company projects & operations.

• Assisting GM related to budget and investment, business plans, and management reports.

• Involving in hiring and evaluating company personnel and may respond to and resolve internal and external grievances.

• Prepare in-depth analytical reviews on financial statements and profit & loss statements and work closely with the accounting team to monitor transactions at the month-end close.

• Prepare on a timely basis the weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports and variance analysis reports of the company’s financial performance against budget and forecast.

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for the company.

• Ensure compliance with auditing relevant accounting and reporting standards.

• Review the Company’s income tax and other relevant taxes and VAT reports, etc.

• Implement proper financial and organizational processes for better recording of financial transactions.

• Ensure the company keeps up to date with financial legislation and licensing requirements.

• Provide advice and information to colleagues on matters of accounting and finance to support the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in auditing business or accounting firms and strong knowledge of cost accounting
• A structured working method, assertiveness, and attention to detail
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and multi-locations
• Management skills, well-organized, active, and good presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in Financial Management
• Experience working in Manufacturing, the Japanese company would be a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English
