Job offer: Japanese Speaking QC Engineer / N2+ / Up to 50K

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers in group companies to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for management.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control standards and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
