Job offer: Finance& Accounting manager-(Freight/ Shipping)

Responsibilities:
•    Day-today management of Finance and Accounting functions including Banking, Reporting align with  TRFS and IFRS.
•    Assist head in day-today management of the Company.
•    Review of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable data and initiate corrective action as and when required. 
•    Monthly reporting of financial performance to corporate controlling/Group HQ.
•    Prepare quarterly, Year-end closing and ensure smooth statutory audit of Agency asper Local and IFRS standards. 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related.
•    8+years’ experience in Accounting/Audit and 3+years in a Managerial Accounting role with a Shipping Agency or freight forwarder. 
•    Proficiency with accounting software – ERP applications and analytical skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    Solid in Taxation including VAT & Income tax, Statutory filings, Board Meetings etc.  
•    Knowledge & Experience in International Reporting standards – e.g. IFRS. 
•    Mature self-motivated, team player, deadline-driven and can work under pressure. 
•    Continuing Professional Development (CPD) 
•    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / ACCA/ or equivalent preferable is advantage.
