The Company is Japanese business, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HRD Training & Development Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)

Position :          HRD Training & Development Staff

Location:          Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok

Business:          Automotive manufacturing

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM  

Job Description

• Identify Training needs, planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
• Preparation of the relevant data and talent development analytics.
• Manage training for employee activities.
• Support the communication, education and execution for policies and processes.
• Maintain the positive engagement with employees.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai
• This positon salary range around 26,000 - 36,000 THB 
• The candidate is required over 3 years in HRD, training and development.
• Experience to work in manufacturing will be advantage.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Full spectrum in English work.
• Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage (optional)
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
• Company provides Bus transportation with variety of routes.
