Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial sector such as food, automotive tier 2, tier 3, etc.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and initiate sales/marketing strategies for dealer/distributor channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of industrial hose products.
• Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and offer after-sales support.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our industrial hose products, including specifications, applications, and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential dealers and clients.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams in both Thailand and Japan to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably with a focus on related products.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
