Job offer: Sales Assistant Manager (Japanese-speaking)

Position: Sales Assistant Manager (Japanese-speaking JLPT N2+)

Salary: 40,000 – 80,000  (Based on experience)

Work Location: BTS Asok

Working Hour:  Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate sales activities and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage and support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as factory side.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Visit the clients with sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the electronic parts industry.
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in VLOOKUP.
• Willingness to travel as required.
