Position: Mold Maintenance Manager

Location:  สวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลคานหาม อำเภออุทัย จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา 13210

Working hour: 8:00-17:00, Mon-Fri and 1st sat of every month

Salary: 100-150K depend on experienced

Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of mold maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in mold maintenance processes.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs for molds to prolong their lifespan and minimize disruptions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mold-related issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure molds are maintained according to specifications and safety standards.
• Overseeing  reports on maintenance performance, highlighting key metrics such as downtime reduction and cost savings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (minimum 10-15 years) in mold maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HDD or electronics industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of mold, plastic injection, steel or alu operation , and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Able to communicate English in business level.
