The Company is Japanese business, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

Legal Staff (workplace around BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok)

Position :          Legal Staff

Location:          BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok  

Business:          Accounting & Law firm 

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM  

Job Description

• Act as legal consultant.
• Providing legal document for clients, set up company document, visa work permit, BOI, DBD, business license, Foreign Business License/Certificate.
• Consulting to clients about labour consulting, company regulation, employee agreement, business agreement.
• Liaise with government authority.
• Prepare registration document and filling to government authority.
• Study and prepare legal research report.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualification

• This position, total salary range around 30,000 – 32,000 THB 
• Experience over 2-5 years in Legal, Visa work permit, company registration.
• Experience in law firm, consulting firm will be advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign clients.
• Ability to use English in reviewing legal document and consulting.
• Having TOEIC score to ensure the English level will be advantage.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
• Able to travel to work around BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
