Position:                                   Plant Manager (Automotive)
Salary:                                     200,000 – 350,000 THB / month
Welfares:                                 Bonus                         
Location:                                Chonburi
Working Day:                          Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team.
  • Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Manage production budgets and control costs.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems and processes.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop production staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 15 years in a production management role within the automotive manufacturing industry (larger size than 1,000+).
  • Direct experience of handling Plant Manager, GM or above over 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Fluent in English.
