Position:                                   QA Asst. Manager/ Manager
Salary:                                     40,000 – 60,000 THB / Month
Welfares:                                 Bonus, Position, Transportation and others            
Location:                                Pinthong, Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day:                          Only Monday to Friday
Business Type:                        Automotive Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
  • Handled for customer complaint, customer claim including warranty claim and customer representative for quality issue.
  • Quality problem analysis for find out root cause by applying QC tool to ensure no recurrence complaint issue.
  • Handled for quality issue both in process defect and supplier defect.
  • Being leader of supplier development about quality issue to reduce supplier defect.
  • Took care customer audit and ISO/TS16949 audit and being internal auditor for internal audit activity.
  • Being the host of quality problem solving analysis.
  • Supported customer activity.
  • Involved FMEA review with new model team.
  • Implemented SPC control stability of process for process capability analysis.
  • Standardize work trainer.

Qualifications:                        
  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
  • At least 10 years in QA/QC with Automotive manufacturing, well-understanding of IATF 16949 and Machining.
  • Background of dealing with OEM clients.
  • Good command in English.
  • Able to speak Japanese would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical skill, and leadership skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.
